Horses Unlimited offers NLP‑based personal development combined with hands‑on equine learning. Through guided NLP techniques, you learn to shift limiting beliefs, build confidence, and develop healthier patterns of thinking. Working directly with horses reinforces these changes—because horses respond to your energy, clarity, and presence, they help you practice confidence, communication, and emotional regulation in real time. This approach strengthens: Self‑confidence Positive mindset Emotional awareness Clear communication Personal empowerment The combination of NLP and equine interaction creates a learning experience that is grounded, experiential, and deeply transformative. There is 6 sessions, 3 are in office and 3 are with the horses. Great for confidence building as well as other goals.
